Went in today with just the plans of talking to JJ and looking around. After talking to him I decided to apply for financing for a 2012 Triglide. They were able to get me the payment i wanted and I left with my bike. I was an overall great experience at Motorcity Harley today. I would recommend anyone to go there and see JJ or anyone else on the sales team.

I had a problem with the bike shortly after taking delivery. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. Wayne, Mark C., and Tim from service bent over backwards to make it right and to make me happy. I've met several employees at MCHD and they are stand up people. I made the right choice in buying from them and will be getting my next bike there.

I must give your delivery crew kudos for their persistance in getting the product to the customer. On January 13th, one of your delivery men jumped out of the nicely decorated truck towing one of your trailers to wish me happy birthday, how did he know? First he orders me to stop, then gives me the birthday finger and in french say fuck you. After that he directs the truck to cut in front of me so they slow me down. what a great bunch of guys! Just imagine if they had done this to a little old lady who forgot where her foot was and accidently hit the gas and then ran over your employee? Thank your guys again for wishing me a happy birthday.
P.S. I couldn't tell if his turn signal was stuck or if he really was going to change lanes, he had it on for over a mile....

I would like to say that I never leave feedback however the people I had the honor of dealing with at motor city are beyond belief, my salesman scott, head of sales Brandon, and service Michael, treated me like a king. I bought a used bike for my first Harley, being that I have always rode Suzuki's and would need to get used to the weight of a full dresser. I had a few problems with my bike and the guy's at motor city took care of my bike as if it was their own. I can't say enough good things about the treatment and respect they gave me but I'll say they have my business for life, as long as I can ride I'll be doing all my business at motor city Harley Davidson!!

I just finished my time at learn to ride. My riding coach was Claude Tiller from the Farmington Hills. While I did not pass my first attempt, he made the experience worth a second and third try (If Needed). I plan to buy a Harley as soon I can because this experience has told me that I need to be on two wheels. Everyone on the tour went out of their way to make us feel like family. From Tracy setting this all up to Ron Howard making us laugh in an otherwise uncomfortable position. They all have let me know, if you are not riding with a Harley, then you are not riding at all.
